Texas Rib Rangers is proud to announce that they will be hosting another cooking class

April 27th 2012 at the Hawgeyes BBQ Store in Ankeny Iowa

If you are interested in learning about contest cooking you owe it to yourself to learn how to compete with the best. Even if your not interested in contests, it's a great way to improve your backyard skills. We will show you how to get started on the right foot, and kick butt all the way.

We have been cooking and competing for over 35 years and we are still competeing today with great results. Now we are willing to show you just how we do it.

You will be winning awards right from the start. You only have to attend one of our classes to learn it all.

Our classes are hands on, so bring your knives and get ready.

You will learn how to pick just the right meats, how to trim, season, slice and how to do presentation for turn in. We will discuss what the judges look for and all aspects of cooking. We will also show you some other foods that can be cooked on a smoker.

We will go over the different sanctioning groups and the difference on turn in's for each. (IBCA, KCBS, LSBS and MBN)

Class Cost is $150.00 and is limited to 30 people
